Application Support and Sustainment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support, maintain, and enhance AppDynamics and Azure Monitor toolsets.
* Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, implement fixes, analyze system data to identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Essential Duties:
* Configure and optimize monitoring dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
* Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Participate in Agile sprints and stand-up meetings to drive incremental improvement.
* Provide on-call support and perform after-hours deployments when required.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
* Active NV1 security clearance.
* Proven experience in Application Support and Sustainment within enterprise environments.
* Hands-on expertise in AppDynamics and Azure Monitor configuration and optimization.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
