We're looking for a Parts Technician to join our Parts team at the Emmetts Warracknabeal branch. This full-time opportunity suits someone mechanically minded with a proactive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine passion for agriculture.
Our Warracknabeal branch is centrally located in a proud broadacre farming region at the heart of the Wimmera. As both a John Deere and STIHL Dealer, our Parts Department is at the centre of all the action — often the first point of contact for customers seeking everything from broadacre machinery parts to reliable STIHL equipment. In this role, you'll speak with customers daily and work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure they get the right parts, tools, and advice to keep their operations running smoothly.
While previous Parts Interpreter experience is always welcome, it's not essential. What matters most is your attitude: a commitment to quality customer service, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in our extensive agricultural and STIHL product range.

About the Role
In this customer-centric role, you will:
Act as the key point of contact for all retail parts sales, including our John Deere and STIHL range
Handle internal sales for both Service and Sales departments
Follow up on customer quotations and backorders
Keep customers informed about new parts, services, and dealer merchandising programs
Support order processing, including picking, packing, and distribution
