Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research and development to identify new fabrics and proprietary trims.
* Maintain a comprehensive library of fabric data with test results and compliance documentation.
* Support quality control and environmental checks to ensure raw materials meet required standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce duplication in material sourcing.
* Assist with laboratory testing and performance analysis of fabric developments.
* Provide input into cost-effective product outcomes and help track costing data.
* Support efforts to improve sustainability across fabric and trim suppliers.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and supply partners to drive business success.
