Operating 11 OOSH Services and 3 Vacation Care Centres in the Maitland/Lower Hunter Valley area with over 30 years of experience in the Child Care Industry. The role reports directly to the Executive Director and is part of the Operation Team, ensuring that the organisation runs effectively and efficiently.
The applicant should be experienced, enthusiastic, creative and energetic with a genuine interest in caring for children aged 5–12 years and must be able to work with MBCCC Ltd's philosophy and vision statement.
Responsibilities
* Lead the administration team.
* Organise deliveries to centres as required.
* Assist with all queries relating to admin and respond to booking requests.
* Assist with management of accounting processes, including responses to admin related complaints and centre requests.
* Manage enrollment processes and waitlists.
* Answer phones as required.
* Assist supervisors with computer issues.
* Assist managers with tasks that need to be created or completed.
* Assist with programming.
* Email staff relevant information such as updates, policies, meeting times and dates.
Qualifications
* Experience in software such as OWNA, Xero and Deputy.
* Experience working in the OOSH space.
* Good people and organisational skills.
* Excellent understanding of CCS.
