About the Role:
You'll play a key part in ensuring end-user success by delivering reliable, responsive IT support, meeting SLAs and confidently managing client expectations.
As a Support Technician, you'll have experience dealing with high volume tickets, supporting users across varied environments and exposure to various technologies (M365, AD, Networking, AV, Backups).

What You Will Do:
* Resolve IT issues efficiently, both remotely and onsite with regular on call support.
* Diagnose and address hardware, software, network or cloud issues.
* Ensure timely resolutions of request, manage client expectations, and follow up for satisfaction.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, providing training as required.
* Analyse client environments to recommend solutions, reduce risk and improve efficiency.
* Share expertise and mentor junior technicians to build team knowledge.
* Stay informed on IT trends, technologies, and relevant certifications.
* Maintain accurate documentation for systems, changes, and compliance.
What You Will Bring:
* 2 to 4 years' experience in similar role (MSP desirable).
* A reliable & proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.
* Ability to document processes thoroughly, follow technical instructions, and assist with system upgrades and installations.
* Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
* Skills in developing IT roadmaps and driving service improvement.
* Experience in mentoring junior staff and fostering team growth.
* Relevant certifications (MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104) are a plus.
Additional Requirements
A valid Blue Card is desirable. In the absence of one, successful applicants will be required to undergo a police check.
