Estate Planning Lawyer
Jenkins Legal & Advisory is seeking an Estate Planning lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE.
This role is exclusively focused on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. It offers the chance to work in a team that values clarity of thinking, professional excellence, and genuine collegiality. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility while receiving guidance and support when needed.

Your Role
You will have carriage of:
* Estate Planning matters, including wills (including testamentary trusts), powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian, and asset-protection focused structures, complex estate planning strategies, blended family arrangements, succession structuring for family businesses, superannuation death-benefit planning, and intergenerational wealth matters;
* Estate Administration matters, including Probate and Letters of Administration applications and administration workflow; and
* (Optional) involvement in estate litigation matters if this is an area of interest and growth for you.
