Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* The ability to motivate, manage, and get the best out of your team
