This State Government department delivers essential financial and administrative services to South Australians. They are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator based in Adelaide to assist with their reception desk and triage calls effectively.
Your new role
As a Switchboard Operator and Receptionist, you will provide a high level of customer service by answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner, handling general queries where appropriate. You will act as the first point of contact for all telephone problems and liaise with management to escalate more complex problems. You will also provide administrative assistance to staff as required.
