As a Client Advisor, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and cultivating long-lasting relationships with their esteemed clientele. You will create personalised shopping experiences, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of the brand.
**Your new role**
- To achieve store budgets & KPI's, by maintaining excellent sales performance with exceptional client service and add-on selling
- Take ownership of achieving the monthly targets for the category.
- Build & maintain the category client base to increase loyalty, acquisition, and retention of new clients.
- Attend regular catch ups with Merchandising to share feedback, sales review, targets, and action plan.
- Obtain qualitative feedback from clients and identify missing opportunities in terms of sizes and styles.
- Nurture and maintain an efficient and positive working environment in store, through respectful and effective communication.
- Provide support to team members, and to assist the Boutique Managers in their duties and responsibilities, as required.
- Maintain the high standard of the boutique through the upkeep of a strong client database, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store organisation and cleanliness.
- Effectively handle spare part requests, defective claims & online processes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background in any luxury retail capacity whether it be footwear, fashion, leather goods, ready to wear, jewellery etc.
