We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Medical Devices team at Abbott for a period of 12 Months. This role will use your customer service skills to make a difference to the lives of the people we serve!
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team of eight other Customer Service experts in this varied role.
Based in our head office at Macquarie Park, you will use your exceptional people skills to liaise with our customers and key internal stakeholders, to facilitate the timely and productive delivery of our products and services.
Your key responsibilities include:
Answering customer telephone enquiries to understand product order requirements and ensuring service needs are met
Reporting customer complaints and service requirements
Liaise with sales, distribution, finance and service departments to ensure timely delivery of product to customers
Maintaining relevant, accurate and accessible records
Maintaining current knowledge of the company's products and services
