Job Opportunity
This is an exciting part-time permanent position requiring 25 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will provide high-level customer service to the general public, responding to enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing.
* Respond to customer enquiries made in person, by telephone and in writing.
* Collect and accurately process payments made to the council.
* Accurately record customer requests in the corporate system.
About You:
* You will have a post-secondary qualification with on-the-job training or lesser qualification with experience in providing high-level customer service to the public.
* You will have experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in an omnichannel customer contact centre environment.
* You will be able to work successfully in a team aiming to provide high-quality, accurate and timely information.
* You will have experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
