About the Opportunity
As our Clinical Educator, you'll design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance clinical practice across our services. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll identify learning needs, develop educational resources, and facilitate professional development opportunities that empower our people to grow in their roles.
What You'll Do
* Create and implement evidence-based education programs for clinical staff
* Conduct skills assessments and provide coaching to support competency development
* Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and learning opportunities
* Develop educational materials and resources that support best practice
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and orientation programs
* Support quality improvement initiatives through targeted education
* Autonomous role – will need to prioritise day to day tasks
What We're Looking For
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional
* Minimum 3 years clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in your field
* Experience in education, training, or professional development
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to engage diverse learning styles and adapt teaching methods
* Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
Candidates must have:
* Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
* Working With Children's Check
* NDIS Check
