About the Company - Global Power Station Owner/Operator
About the Role:
* 12-Month Contract
* Perth-based
* 40-hour week
* Competitive Pay $$$
Responsibilities:
* Have a strong attitude towards safety and safety management systems.
* Carry out Maintenance on Gas fired Caterpillar Engine generators and associated control systems.
* Maintain and operate Oracle Maintenance Management System.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, Work Cover, DEMIRS and all legislation and regulations are abided by.
* Be responsible and show pro-active towards breakdowns and essential maintenance.
* Show initiative and a willingness to undertake ongoing training both internal and external to the Company.
* Shared call out roster
* Manage Warehouse Stock and Inventory levels.
Qualifications - WA A Grade Electrical license
Required Skills:
* Trouble shooting and basic fault-finding skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of process operations in power generation plants.
* Proficiency using computers and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
* Reliable, committed and motivated to achieving Company and team goals and objectives.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
* High Organisational skills, plan and execute site maintenance tasks.
* Good report writing skills.
* Flexible, work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, commitment and strong communication skills on a daily basis.
Preferred Skills:
* Desirable- Forklift High risk license.
* Desirable - HV Switching qualification.
* Desirable- Working at Heights, Confined Space
