Our Client
Our client is an industry-leading vertical consumer resources supplier with a national footprint, providing its product to over a quarter of Australians across the nation. This household brand name is growing and has plans to invest $1 billion dollars over the next five years. The tight-knit, high-performing in-house legal team is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join in this exciting growth phase.
The Role
Our client is looking for a lawyer with 7+ years experience gained from top tier, mid-tier or a similar in-house environment. The role will fulfill a pivotal position in the team with a focus on key areas of Supply Chain/Distribution/Logistics/Procurement and Consumer.
The successful applicant will have the chance to work across a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on procurement and supply chain-related contracts, as well as JVs and major projects, consumer law related matters and complex regulatory and consumer matters.
We would like to hear from anyone with a procurement/infrastructure and/or general corporate/commercial/procurement background. Consumer or FMCG exposure will be well regarded as well – don’t count yourself out if you are interested in the role, contact us either way.
