What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Speak directly with clients to understand their goals and advise on the right business and tax structures (Trusts, Companies, SMSFs).
* Guide clients through their business and wealth journey with clarity and confidence.
* Work closely with senior accountants, tax strategists, and financial advisers.
* Deliver compliance work while developing strong advisory and consulting skills.
* Be part of a high-energy, professional team that values initiative, ideas, and accuracy.
* Full training and mentoring provided — we'll help you grow beyond the basics.
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and relationship-building.
* A solid understanding of accounting principles and Australian taxation.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice accounting (mandatory).
* Exposure to Trusts, Companies, and/or SMSFs.
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (mandatory).
* Currently studying toward or aspiring to complete CA, CPA, IPA, or a Master's in Accounting .
