This role supports maintenance planning activities within a refinery environment, working closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure work is effectively planned and ready for safe execution.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support planning activities at a refinery operation based in Kwinana.
Working within SAP, you will develop structured work orders, prepare job packs and ensure maintenance activities are properly planned to support efficient and safe execution.
You will work closely with supervisors, trades and engineering teams to ensure work is coordinated and aligned with operational requirements.

* Developing maintenance plans within SAP
* Building and maintaining work orders and job packs
* Coordinating materials, labour and resource requirements
* Supporting supervisors and trades with execution ready work plans
* Maintaining disciplined work management practices
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner
* Strong SAP maintenance planning experience
* Experience working in refinery or process plant environments
* Strong organisational and coordination capability
* Must have the right to work in Australia
