We're partnering with an ambitious cyber consultancy in Brisbane currently entering an exciting growth phase. They're now looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager (GRC) to help scale the business, lead clients, mentor talent, and play a genuine part in what comes next.

The Opportunity
This is more than a delivery role. You'll work closely with leadership across client engagements, internal growth strategy, team capability, and market presence. You'll be joining at a stage where your impact will be visible and your ideas will matter.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead cyber GRC consulting engagements end-to-end
* Build trusted client relationships and win repeat work
* Deliver strategic outcomes across ISO 27001, Essential Eight, NIST and related frameworks
* Mentor junior consultants as the team expands
* Help refine internal processes, delivery models and capability uplift
* Contribute to growth plans, market positioning and future hiring
* Be a senior voice in a fast-moving business
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years in consulting / advisory / client-facing
* Strong governance, risk, compliance or cyber strategy experience
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business
* Commercial mindset with strong relationship skills
* Natural leader who enjoys building teams and lifting others
* Strong communication style with executive presence
* Brisbane market network highly valued
* AU citizenship for clearance requirements
