About the Role:
The customer service-freight bookings role involves supporting the warehouse and wider teams with planning, preparing and processing all freight activities out of Melbourne. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to problem solve and present creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Daily manifest preparation
* Maintenance of loscam (pallet) accounts
* Booking transport companies for pick up orders
Facing Challenges:
* Assisting with customer service and tracking consignment enquiries
* Resolving customers and employee enquiries
* Supporting the sales support teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
About You:
* Must have working rights in Australia
* 1 year experience in customer service required
