About the Role
We seek qualified and experienced candidates for the Maintenance and Transport Officer position.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Living out your faith in a Christian school community.
Maintaining the college grounds to ensure safety for daily operations.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Communicating safety or property issues to the Principal.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and insurance standards.
Supporting the Principal’s vision through facility management.
Safely transporting students on designated routes.
Building positive relationships with students and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Adhering to schedules and supporting excursions and camps.
Maintaining cleanliness of buses and ensuring safety regulations are followed.
Loading and unloading students safely and maintaining order.
Operating emergency systems as required.
Contributing to student care and welfare.
Engaging in professional development to improve practice.
Providing a child-safe environment per standards.
Participating in safety training and following policies.
Raising concerns about child safety issues appropriately.
Respecting student views and promoting school values.
This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible.
