Brisbane Gateway Resort is a leading Queensland holiday park, located at Rochedale on Brisbane's southside. The resort has an extensive range of holiday cabin accommodation, short and long term accommodation and sites for touring caravans and motorhomes.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, well‑presented, proactive person with an engaging personality, who enjoys providing great service, to join our front office team on a long‑term basis.
The role involves reservations, check‑in and reception functions related to guests and tenants of the resort, together with assisting in management & administrative functions.
This outstanding opportunity requires a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills; strong computer, organisational and time management skills; working independently within a small team; excellent attention to detail; and a pride in your role and the service you deliver.
Desired Experience and Qualities
* Experience in the areas of reservations, check‑ins and customer service in the accommodation industry
* Effective communicator, able to deal with people at all levels with professionalism, courtesy, tact and understanding
* Available to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays
* Already living within a reasonable distance of the Resort
