Qualifications
* Retail management experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
* Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.
* Mechanical experience is a bonus but not required.
