The Opportunity Join a well-established Tier 2 engineering contractor specialising in marine and bridge rehabilitation projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work, we’re seeking experienced Site Supervisors who can confidently lead site operations while remaining hands-on in delivery. This is a travel-based role (not FIFO) suited to someone who enjoys working across diverse locations and leading high-performing site teams. What you’ll be doing Lead site operations across marine & civil remediation projects Drive a “no harm” safety culture and ensure site compliance Manage subcontractors, labour hire and site teams Deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards Plan works, monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges Oversee plant, materials and site logistics What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (remediation/civil projects highly regarded) Ideally a background in marine, bridges, concrete repair or structural strengthening Strong leadership – able to drive performance and accountability on site Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets/variations Comfortable working away from home for extended periods Relevant tickets/licences (White Card, Driver’s Licence, First Aid etc.) About You You’re a practical, hands-on leader who leads from the front. You’re calm under pressure, decisive, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You enjoy the variety and challenge of working across different sites and environments.
