What You'll Do:
* Prospecting for new listing opportunities – All digital and physical prospecting
* Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
* Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals
* Managing advertising schedules
* Liaising with buyers and sellers
* Database management
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting at opens and inspections
* Attending sales meetings and training sessions
What We're Looking For:
* Class 2 Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years Real Estate Sales Experience
* Previous experience in real estate sales is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
