Culinary Expert Wanted
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including ordering stock and designing new dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce hygiene regulations and train kitchen staff
* Oversee kitchen operations and manage inventory
* Create new and exciting menu items
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Preserve and store food in temperature-controlled facilities
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent
