Your Role
Role Overview
The Client Services Officer & Implementation Specialist (Associate Level) supports the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing servicing of clients. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation of services, timely resolution of client requests, and a high standard of client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during onboarding and post-implementation.
* Respond to client inquiries via email, calls, or internal systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and communication logs.
* Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, payroll, and leadership) to ensure client needs are met.
* Proactively follow up on outstanding client requirements and deliverables.
Implementation Support
* Assist in the end-to-end client onboarding and implementation process.
* Gather, review, and organize client information and requirements.
* Support system setup, workflow alignment, and documentation during implementation.
* Ensure clients understand processes, timelines, and next steps.
* Identify potential issues during implementation and escalate when necessary.
Process & Administrative Support
* Assist in improving client service and implementation processes.
* Prepare reports, trackers, and basic documentation related to client accounts.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and service level expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in client services, implementation, account management, or support roles.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable working with systems, CRMs, and MS Office / Fin365 and other platforms
* Client-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with professional services, accounting, or financial firms.
* Exposure to onboarding or implementation projects.
* Experience supporting Australian or international clients (a plus).
