Chef De Partie Job Opportunity
This role involves overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences while controlling food costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present excellent food dishes
* Maintain all working areas clean and hygienic, with no cross-contamination
* Support in positive guest query resolutions
* Ensure that all food items are of good quality and stored correctly
* Contribute to cost management, improving gross profit margins, and departmental targets
About You
* A minimum 2-year experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie background
* A current trade commercial cookery qualification (proof may be required)
* Strong coaching skills, ability to motivate teams
* A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, supervisory experience
