We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the team at our adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a part-time basis.
Please note, as this is a part-time role, the hours and days are fixed to store needs and require the availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

A Retail Professional at the Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for driving store sales and enhancing the consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment. A Halo store represents the pinnacle of adidas retail for consumers in terms of sales, customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and brand activations.
Purpose & Relevance for the Organisation
Drive the profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
Support the store management team by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, thereby building brand equity.
Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Amplify the brand with every decision and action, inspiring consumer loyalty.
Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards to uphold a world-class brand flagship store.
Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience
Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, and willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
To be considered for this role, you must have availability to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility to the store's trading hours across weekdays and weekends.
