* Lead and execute site testing activities with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of test evidence.
* Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* A proactive and agile approach, with the capacity to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in rail signalling, preferably in testing and commissioning environments.
* Australian recognized tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines such as Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering.
* Ability to work night shifts for testing activities, if required.
* A full Australian driver's license is preferred.
