Description About the Role We’re seeking to employ an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing team in Kwinana, WA on a Permanent Full-Time basis. Key Responsibilities Receive & manage customer orders Ensure customer queries and service levels are maintained to high standards Liaise with the Coogee Transport Team to enable deliveries to be scheduled Liaise with internal Production Teams to ensure adequate inventories are held in order to meet customer needs Liaise with internal Finance Team to close out the sales/invoicing cycle The Successful Candidate Will Have A strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently Experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate A self-motivated attitude with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently or within a team environment What We Offer Competitive Salary Benefits and Perks Wellness Incentives Social Events Throughout the Year How to Apply Click " Apply Now " to submit your resume and a cover letter which outlines how you align with the role as described in this advert.
