Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a challenging role, providing end-to-end payroll support across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role:
* Manage payroll from start to finish ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
* Support the finance team with accounts payable, receivable, and general financial processes
* Process end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand, including terminations, back pays, and reporting
* Maintain payroll data and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
* Provide support and advice on employee pay and leave queries
* Manage AR and AP processes including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier management
* Follow up overdue accounts and liaise with customers to resolve queries
About You:
* A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a finance and/or payroll position
* Solid understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
* Experience using ERP systems (SAP desirable) and intermediate Excel skills
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and problem-solving capability
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A collaborative, hands-on team player who takes ownership and delivers results
