About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Friendly receptionist with highly developed interpersonal skills to meet and greet members and visitors of our Club as well as support our administration team.
Type
This is a permanent part-time role 5 days a week with hours being *****am to 4.00pm.
Remuneration
Based on the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award
The Candidate
Friendly disposition and a positive can-do attitude.
Intermediate computer skills eg Word, Excel and Outlook.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time with minimal supervision.
Good team spirit.
Strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and visitors in a positive and professional demeanour.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Member engagement and communication.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
