We're now looking for a Digital & Ecommerce Manager to join our ANZ team as part of our International Marketing & Ecommerce team on an 8-month fixed-term maternity leave cover, based in our vibrant Southbank offices. This role can also be available 4 days per week and can start immediately.
Your opportunity
This role is all about impact. You'll step into a pivotal position, leading our Infant Milk Formula digital ecosystem across our ANZ region during a period of growth, momentum and evolution. From websites and SEO to GEO, influencer content and eCommerce performance, you'll bring energy, clarity and commercial thinking to our "always-on" digital activity.
Working closely with global stakeholders, agency partners and internal brand teams, you'll help elevate how we show up online ensuring our digital platforms are optimised, engaging and delivering against clear performance outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Leading the update and optimisation of international websites, ensuring best-in-class user experience and alignment with brand direction
* Owning SEO, SEM and GEO strategy and execution in partnership with specialist agencies to drive visibility and performance in priority markets
* Driving performance across our digital platforms, including traffic growth, conversion optimisation and average order value
* Planning and executing email marketing and automated campaigns to support revenue growth
* Partnering with eCommerce and brand teams to optimise online retail platforms (including Coles, Woolworths, Amazon and Chemist Warehouse)
* Managing always-on social media and content, including brand, influencer and creator activity, bringing a fresh, engaging perspective
* Tracking, analysing and optimising digital and Ecommerce performance through robust KPIs, dashboards and a test-and-learn mindset
* Managing digital budgets responsibly and ensuring agency deliverables are aligned to brand and business objectives
What you'll bring
* Strong end-to-end digital marketing and eCommerce experience (ideally 3+ years)
* Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social and content performance metrics
* Hands-on experience leading influencer and creator content from concept to delivery
* A highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Confident stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
* A genuine passion for digital innovation and helping others lift digital capability
* Experience in agency environments, eCommerce trading platforms will be highly regarded.
