Details: The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead the Public Sector Industrial Relations team within the Employment and Industrial Relations Group.
In this role, you will provide high‑level advice to senior executives and Government on public sector industrial relations and workplace matters. You will lead enterprise bargaining processes across the ACT Public Service and provide strategic guidance on employment frameworks, legislation and enterprise agreements. The role requires sound judgement, strong relationship skills and the ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes in complex and sensitive environments.
