Join a Team That's Changing the Way Health Care Feels
We're in an exciting stage of growth and expanding our team.
We're a small clinic with a big heart – privately owned, community-minded, and passionate about helping more people MOVE with confidence.
We're looking for a physiotherapist to join our team. Whether you're early in your career or ready to step into leadership, if you value growth, connection, and meaningful care, we'd to hear from you.
Who You Are
You're ready to be rewarded for your hard work and thrive in a team that values trust, open communication, and genuine care. You're motivated by impact, collaboration, and doing things properly.
This isn't a place where you clock in and out. We're here to move health care forward — and that means showing up with curiosity, care, and passion.
Whether you're just starting out or ready to lead, you're someone who:
Wants to help people move better and live with less fear
Thrives in a team that values learning and collaboration
Loves hands-on care, but also enjoys teaching people to help themselves
Is ready to grow with the right structure, support, and freedom
Is seeking an opportunity to mentor or be mentored — and be recognised for your contribution
You're looking for a workplace where:
You feel trusted, supported, and valued
Communication is kind, honest, and open – we push each other to level up
Appointments are longer so you can provide quality, evidence-based care
You're encouraged to stretch, learn, and share ideas
Everyone's voice counts, and we celebrate wins together – team, client, and community
At MOVE, we care deeply about connection and communication.
We believe great physiotherapy starts with listening. We prioritise validation and understanding, especially when supporting clients with chronic or persistent pain. Our approach blends education, hands-on care, and empowered movement to help people rebuild trust in their bodies and move with confidence.
