About the role

This is an amazing opportunity for a recruitment professional who loves the "delivery" side of the business to join one of the largest recruitment and HR services firms in the world!

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dedicated in-house team supporting a high-profile Defence sector account. You will be embedded within the client's environment in Osborne, SA, focusing on high-volume recruitment. If you enjoy building deep client partnerships and managing complex technical roles without the pressure of cold calling or sales KPIs, this is the perfect next step for you.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing 10–20 active trades vacancies concurrently (Welders, Electricians, and Mechanical Fitters).
* Handling end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and temporary technical roles.
* Acting as a true talent advisor, using the client's internal systems and ATS.
* Delivering recruitment data, insights, and reporting to senior client stakeholders.
* Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) recruitment initiatives.
* Collaborating with a supportive on-site team to maintain 100% fulfillment targets.

What we're looking for:

* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the Trades, Labour, or Technical space.
* A confident professional who can manage and advise senior client stakeholders.
* Someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a cohesive team to achieve shared goals.
* Strong administrative skills and comfort navigating internal HR systems.
* You are motivated by quality, fulfillment, and providing a seamless candidate experience.
