 
        
        The Administrative Officer provides effective and effective administrative support to Management and Operations Centre personnel. The role is required to respond to enquiries from internal and external clients, maintain and update databases and other information systems, assist with financial, procurement and human resource (HR) processing activities, undertake record management duties and provide support to various operations personnel.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Application of written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prioritise and organise tasks and work within established deadlines 
- Provide business focused customer service to external and internal clients 
- Computer and typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail and intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite 
- Provide support to the following administrative functions to support business operations:
- project costing 
- procurement 
- accounts 
- administrative support 
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate, timely filing and record management 
- Undertake arrangements and bookings for meetings/events and appropriate rooms/venues 
- Possess a flexible work attitude and contribute positively within a team environment
**Mandatory requirements**:
- Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for the role 
- Valid QLD 'C' class drivers licence or equivalent
