Pakenham Carco has a rare opportunity for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team, working out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom.
As our Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of four sales consultants, collaborating closely with finance, operations, and call centre teams to optimise performance and customer satisfaction. You'll lead from the front - developing talent, refining processes, and ensuring strong alignment across the sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a high-performance culture through structured sales processes, daily coaching, and performance reviews.
* Lead the charge on finance penetration and upselling of insurance and car care products.
* Champion customer satisfaction - handle escalations, drive Google reviews, boost social media engagement, and support post-sale service retention initiatives.
* Maximise trade-in opportunities and maintain strong collaboration with the buying and valuation team.
* Oversee a seamless and professional handover experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing a team, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
