Talent Development Manager Opportunity
About the Position:
We seek a seasoned Sales Talent Development Manager to oversee our expanding affiliate sales network. The ideal candidate will drive performance outcomes, manage contractor accountability, and ensure consistent delivery against sales expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a portfolio of 10–20 affiliate licensees, fostering growth and improvement.
* Monitor daily sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and pipeline performance via CRM dashboards.
* Identify underperformance early and implement structured improvement plans.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and data-led business reviews with affiliates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners align with brand standards, processes, and product compliance.
* Champion consultative selling models and uphold quality and outcomes standards.
* Manage onboarding and training for new licensees.
* Provide visibility to leadership through performance reporting and risk area identification.

Required Skills:
* Proven success in performance management, sales operations, or field team leadership.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue targets and levers.
* High emotional intelligence combined with assertiveness.
* Fluent in using CRMs, sales dashboards, and data to guide decisions.
* Experience working with independent contractors or licensee/franchise models is highly desirable.
