Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team at Everything Australian. Reporting directly to the business owners, we're looking for someone who can take the reins on all things creative and is handy with graphic design.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content — a hands-on, proactive creator who can bring our brand, products and community to life. You'll become an integral part of the team, owning key responsibilities from day one. This includes designing platform-native assets while building your experience across campaigns and digital.
This is a part-time role, 2-3 days per week. We are flexible with remote working, but approximately half the time will need to be in our Moorabbin office (Melbourne).

We are Everything Australian, an online retail business specialising in workwear and outdoor apparel with humble beginnings at the Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne. As a family-owned business, we're proud to sell iconic brands like Blundstone, Akubra and Hard Yakka.
Key Roles
* Creating content for social media platforms
* Creating graphic website and email banners
* You will manage engagement across a range of communities
* Analyse and report on social media performance
* Building a strong brand presence across all channels
* Work closely with the founders to ensure content supports wider brand moments, launchesand campaigns.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or social media marketing role.
* Proven experience in running social media brand accounts, with a deep understanding of content that is native to the platform.
* Skilled in either Adobe Suite or Canva and confident in creating graphic banners.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
