Job Title: Team Leader in Early Childhood Education
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that meets all legal and regulatory obligations.
* Act as the Responsible Person in accordance with National Law and Regulations, taking day-to-day charge of the service.
* Lead and mentor educators to deliver tailored, quality play-based programs.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive environment meeting all legal and regulatory obligations as well as NQF and LGT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, staff supervision and family engagement
* Uphold Child Safe standards and meet Mandatory Reporting Obligations
