At a Glance, You Will
Leading the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program, delivering a strategic and engaging calendar that supports academic success, wellbeing, and community belonging.Recruiting, developing, and leading the Residential Advisor team, ensuring strong performance, capability, and a positive service culture.Overseeing resident wellbeing and support services, including incident response, early intervention, and referral to appropriate university and community resources.Building and maintaining strategic stakeholder partnerships, collaborating with university departments and support services to enhance resident outcomes.Championing a safe, inclusive, and vibrant residential environment, including oversight of Under 18 residents and leadership in emergency response and community engagement.

Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams – you know how to bring out the best in othersPrevious experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of wellbeing, empathy, and mental health literacyExcellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities during peak periods like O-Week, exams, and student intakesUnlimited working rights in AustraliaA valid National Police Check + WWVP card.
