Responsibilities
Our client is a national professional services organisation with over 250 staff. Working within their Trustee Operations team, you will support Indigenous trust beneficiaries – answering a high volume of calls, processing distribution applications and connecting people with the support they need. It's a busy, fast‐paced role where no two days are the same.
* Talk with beneficiaries every day – by phone, email or in person
* Process trust distribution applications accurately and efficiently
* Handle enquiries and connect people with the right advice
* Provide administration support as required
Qualifications
* High-volume contact centre or customer service experience
* Be a confident communicator – clear, respectful and professional
* Have good computer skills and be generally tech savvy
* A mature, reliable and motivated approach
* Great organisational skills so you are able to juggle deadlines
* Genuinely keen to make a positive difference to others
