Triple T Cafe & Restaurant, a well-loved local venue in Winnellie, NT, is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join their front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making skills, including operating commercial espresso machines and producing high-quality coffee under pressure. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude are essential, as the role involves regular guest interaction.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving various beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation areas.
Handling customer transactions with POS systems.
Promoting cafe offerings and upselling products.
Cleaning and polishing glassware, stocking supplies.
Managing kegs and monitoring flow.
Restocking refrigerators and shelves.
Serving light food items and snacks.
Grinding coffee beans for brewing.
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Certificate II or III with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) work experience preferred.
