- **Head of Talent and Capability.**
- In this role you will lead the development of strategies relating to leadership capability, volunteer experience, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and organisational development. This will include:
- The effective use of Beneta's Leadership Capability Framework, Manager Skills Curriculum and Learning Academy.
- A model of continuous listening that measures satisfaction across the employee life cycle and volunteer experience.
- Leading the traineeship program, succession planning, career pathways and other retention and development programs and initiatives.
- Running learning and development programs that respond to the challenges of aged care, and that deliver measurable impact to Benetas
- Developing the annual budget and management of team cost centres.
- Innovative and out of the box thinking for attraction, development and retention of our front line workforce, and addressing workforce shortages.
- Being a voice for Benetas and the aged care industry - actively involved in forums, discussions and working groups to make a real difference for our older Victorians.
- Strong focus on technology as a solution, including the upgrading of key systems.
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Track record of success in delivering talent acquisition, learning and organisational development programs.
- Experience in managing projects with wide impacts across the organisation.
- Experience in a senior leadership position, with well developed strategies for coaching and mentoring 4 direct reports (total team of 9).
