RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting andrewarding opportunity for an experienced HSEAdvisor to join our team at the BunburyWorkshop .

As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting astrong safety culture and supporting our workforce and leaders inachieving best-practice health, safety, and environmentaloutcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide coaching and advice to leaders on legislativecompliance, RCR safety standards, and incident/injurymanagement.
* Support leaders in conducting risk assessments and usingrisk management tools.
* Champion the Group Critical Risk Management program acrossthe workshop.
* Provide immediate support in the management and closeout ofincidents and near misses.
* Assist in incident investigations and ensure injuries aremanaged in line with procedures, working closely with theInjury Management Advisor.
* Guide accurate and timely reporting of hazards, incidents,and injuries in SAI360.
* Proactively engage with employees through prestart andtoolbox meetings, site visits, and HSE discussions.
* Support hazard identification and resolution within theworkforce.
* Mentor Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) andfacilitate monthly HSR meetings.
* Conduct inspections, audits, and other assurance activitiesto drive compliance and continuous improvement.
* Complete HSE reports and assist in developing and reviewingHSE plans, procedures, and supporting documentation.

What You'll Need

* Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Work Health andSafety.
* Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE roles.
* Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and bestpractices.
* Understanding of risk and Critical Risk Management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Competency in MS Office and safety management systems(e.g., SAI360 or MYOSH).
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment withmultiple stakeholder groups.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Desirable (not essential):

* ICAM Investigation qualification.
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
* Lead or Internal Auditor qualification.
* Experience in manufacturing or resources sectors.
