Job Description
We're looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who is committed to empowering people with disability to learn new skills and build confidence.
You'll take a hands-on role leading meaningful work for valued customers while guiding and mentoring supported employees as they carry out their daily tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
* Work alongside people of all abilities.
* Maintain a mature and friendly outlook and remain calm under pressure.
* Show reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all work-related tasks.
* Meet business needs accurately and on time.
Comply with all relevant genU policies, procedures, and work instructions.

About You
You'll be motivated, take pride in your work, and enjoy a dynamic environment.
You'll work closely with a supportive team but also be confident taking initiative and working independently when needed.

Key Selection Criteria & Qualifications
* Relevant industry qualification and/or experience.
* Previous experience leading teams and supervising work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A patient and caring disposition.
