We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of large-scale conveyor projects.
* Raising purchase orders and obtaining quotes to ensure timely procurement
* Processing and managing timesheets, payroll data entry and invoicing of projects
* Assisting with project despatch documentation and compiling key business reports
* Tracking project procurement and ensuring compliance with company policies
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Wollongong, starting as soon as possible.
