About the Role
As our Spare Parts Coordinator, you'll be the go to expert responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely availability of parts for reactive service calls, planned maintenance, and equipment installations.
Your work will directly minimise downtime, support field technicians, and help maintain exceptional service delivery to clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in precision, and enjoys keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Essential

* Confident communicator across technicians, suppliers, and admin teams
Desirable
* Background in maintenance, healthcare equipment, facilities, HVAC, or similar
* Experience in spare parts, inventory, warehousing, or service coordination
* Experience using ERP or service management software
* Understanding of warranties and supplier agreements
