Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to a professional environment.

We're looking for someone who can effectively manage tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Enter accounts payable and receivable tasks
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Create and manage purchase orders
* Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
* Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in administration or finance support
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Familiarity with accounting software MYOB (at least 2 years' experience)
* Hold a C class drivers' license
