Job Description
You will assist in the provision of quality administrative support and to supervise staff members.
The core capabilities required for this role include:
* Supervising, training, mentoring and developing staff members.
* Researching and reviewing human resources issues and providing potential solutions and advice.
* Maintaining leave management systems, identifying absenteeism trends and auditing personnel leave.
* Providing direct high-level support and advice to officers-in-charge to identify, develop and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
* Providing station administrative support, including monitoring email accounts, preparing and distributing correspondence, managing records and assets disposal, and conducting equipment stocktakes and audits.
* Liaising with external and internal clients and stakeholders, including managing information requests.
* Managing and coordinating financial reporting systems, monitoring expenditure, and managing assets.
* Providing facilities management and coordinating maintenance, improvements and renovations, negotiating with contractors, and managing ad-hoc maintenance and cleaning.
